Almost anyone can be a foster carer, as long as they have love to give, the patience to work through difficulties and the dedication to invest lots of time and energy.
Children in our care comes from different backgrounds, and all have different needs. They are unique as you are, and therefore requires people with different skills, abilities and experiences. United is interested in your motivation and commitment to foster a child, rather than your marital status, ethnicity, sexuality, religious belief or whether you own a house or not. Having a pet will not prevent you from becoming a foster carer either.
