Asim is Responsible Individual and Operational Manager. Asim is a qualified Social Worker to Master level followed by Practice Educator course from Coventry University. He has completed MBA (Human Resources Management) from Staffordshire University. Asim is currently undertaking Diploma in Leadership and Management (Children and Young People).

Asim has over 12 year’s employment history in both the private and statutory roles. Asim is passionate about fostering and what foster carers can achieve for the children in UFS care.

Before joining United Fostering as the Responsible Individual, he has previously worked as a Team Manager with an independent fostering agency in Midlands. As a Responsible Individual, Asim oversees business development and strategic direction of travel which includes, financial viability, human resources, and facilities management.
