Meet the United's Team

Dhirendra is Registered Manager of United Fostering. Dhirendra has extensive experience in social work (mainly fostering and adoption) and has been involved in the social care sector for more than 13 years, undertaking a range of positions in a his social work career and has undertaken management activities and leadership roles.

Dhirendra is a qualified social worker registered with the Social Work England and has completed BA (Hons) from University of Sunderland. He has two master’s degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Business Economics (MBE). He also studied Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Professional Practice in Social Work from Coventry University. He has completed Secure Base Model, DDP Level 1 and Level 2 trainings and the ‘Trains the Trainers’ program to deliver Foundation for Attachments programme within the parenting groups.

Dhirendra has a wealth of knowledge and experience in children’s services and extensive management experience in fostering for both local authorities as well as leading Independent Fostering Agency.

As a Registered Manager of United Fostering, Dhirendra’s main ambition is ‘excellence in fostering’. He believes this is the key to changing children and young people’s lives.
